Calorie Calculator (TDEE)
Enter your details to estimate your resting energy (BMR) and the calories you burn in a day (TDEE), then pick a goal.
How it works
BMR (Mifflin–St Jeor) = 10 × weight(kg) + 6.25 × height(cm) − 5 × age + 5 for men, − 161 for women. TDEE = BMR × activity factor. One kilogram of body fat is about 7,700 kcal, so 0.5 kg a week means about 550 kcal a day below or above TDEE.
We never suggest less than 1,200 kcal for women or 1,500 kcal for men. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or under 18, talk to a doctor or dietitian first.
